Day 14

Soarin'

Another Epcot morning with a clear plan – Soarin’! We got Fastpass and rode it (standby less than 5 min). Then took Liv on Mission: Space while Daniel took Lex on Seas with Nemo then we rode Spaceship: Earth again!

Back to the hotel for a rest before we hit Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! We had dinner at the Crystal Palace with Pooh and friends. The food was yummy – it was good to see salads and vegies!

During the party we rode Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (really you would think we should have been sick of it by now!), Space Mountain (Liv and mum), Buzz Lightyear (Daniel and Lex), People mover, Laugh Floor (hilarious!), Pirates of the Caribbean (x2). Met Peter Pan (a favourite – he was so much like you imagine Peter would be, constantly hopping around chatting), Merida, Tinkerbelle and Periwinkle (said 20 min wait but was only 5 at 11pm!! The girls loved meeting them), Tiana and Naveen (Naveen was great – he said he recognised my husband from the Bayou – so he must be a frog!) we went to the dance with Chip ‘n’ Dale and the dance with Woody, Jesse and Bullseye. Lexie was so excited to see Jessie she got a little overwhelmed and started crying! I held her hand and took her over to Jessie and they had a little dance – Lexie was over the moon! Then we watched the fireworks (wow) and saw the parade (double wow). Got home very late with 2 very asleep girls..
