Day 15

Today was Hollywood Studios!

Outside Star Tours

We got there before rope drop (no easy feet after last night’s late night!) and at opening Daniel dashed to Toy Story Midway Mania while we went to sign the girls up for Jedi training. Once that was done we rode Star Tours x 2 and the Great movie ride. Had lunch at 50’s prime time – when checking in Daniel got in trouble for chewing gum! At this restaurant, set in a 1950s style house the servers (your aunts/uncles or cousins) won't allow bad manners - so no elbows on the table or not eating your greens! The server was friendly but gentle with our table.

We then went to watch the Jedi training before our turn so the girls knew what they were up for. Then we went in for their go. They were great! After their initial training when Vader came out the Jedi master asked who wanted to go first – and Alexis put her hand up! The master said she was braver than all of the boys!! And when Vader said Olivia might turn to the dark side the master said "she is wearing a purple top with pink hearts - I don't think she is turning to the dark side". It was worth the waiting - the girls loved it!

After receiving a certificate for their new Padawan status Grandma and Grandpapa took the girls to the Honey I Shrunk The Kids playground while Daniel and I went to ride Rockin’ rollercoaster (x2). Then we went to see Journey of the little Mermaid – a great little show. Then Lights, Motor, Action stunt show. Extreme car/motorbike/water ski chases and lots of fire. The muppets 3D movie was next and then dinner at Pizza Planet.






Tonight we saw the Osborne spectacle of the dancing lights! This was hard to believe – it was magical!
